Description

We have three zones here. I would call them all important, but that's up for interpretation. There's also the boundary. As it sounds, the boundary is an arbitrary point in which you can't travel. From higher up, it looks seamless, but looking from down there, touching it, it's all sky. It's like a glitch in the system, the ground simply forgot to load.

The Valley

Safety

9

Here, is the valley. It's not much to be said, but it's mostly grassy down here, with harmless wildlife. A river runs through the valley, from the beginning of the boundary, to the end of it in other other direction. It's not a rapids of the water, and grass grows green around it. It's a small but valuable part of the ecosystem.

The Forest

Safety

6

Here is where most of the communities live. It's a lush green forest, with varying biomes, most of which being evergreen. If you know evergreen, it's, well, evergreen. It's not affected by seasons at all. The rest of it is mostly oak, maple, and pine, all varying and lovely. The wildlife here is both harmless, and predatorial. You need to watch out alone, but groups of three are usually fine.

The Mountain

Safety

3

This is the mountain. I have not much to say, as there is not much I know. It's all snow and rock up here, and I can taste the stale blood further up. The wildlife here is minimal, and only predatorial. There is little to no reason to come up here, besides the summit.

The Summit

Safety

0

The summit is well, the summit of the mountain. I can't say what's up here besides death, because I've never reached it myself. Only folktale and rumors can be said, but I know for a fact that's the exit.

Wildlife

It is to note that these species are the only species that has any differences from their Frontrooms counterpart. There are only animals on this list, as the plants are exactly the same, and it is of no importance to my community. There are other species of animals as well, but these few were picked out for their notable differences.

Rabs

Threat

1

Rabs are almost the same as rabbits, or bunnies, but they have defining features that make them not. Their habitat is in the Valley, and rarely in the Forest. They are also one of our main food sources, so this way we feel less bad about, doing, y'know. They are sustainable, and can't be overhunted, don't worry. Rabs are larger than their Frontrooms counterpart, and the most notable thing that I know of them is that then can disappear when threatened. This is especially tough for us living here.

Daers

Threat

3

Daers, just like rabs, are very similar to their Frontrooms counterpart. Daer's habitat is in both the Valley, and in the Forest. I've never seen them in the Mountains, but folktale has said otherwise. These are the secondary food source, and are a prize of hunting. We have skilled hunters that can, but I wouldn't because of their threat. Daer's antlers are made out of some weird material, and can peirce through any material we've tried with little force necessary. What makes it extra strange is that it doesn't have to have a point, it just effortlessly tears through material like paper. A notable thing is that it doesn't fall through the ground.

Birds

Threat

5

The birds are a common animal, and has no significant differences from the Frontrooms. Even though they can be hunted for food, we usually don't. The only difference I can think of at the moment is that they are highly trainable. Any species in fact. Their habitat is all zones, each zone having its variety of species.

Fixs

Threat

9

Fixs are similar to their Frontrooms counterpart, but are an apex predator, even to humans. Their habitat is mostly in the mountains, which they will have white fur that perfectly blends with the snow, and rarely in the forest, which they will have orange fur. I don't actually know why they are so dangerous, as in an encounter, there are no humans to live to tell the tale, or it was no challenge. Something important to note is that Fixs fur is excellent to make cloths.

Communities

The Ranchers

Security

8

This community has a medium sized population. They usually stay in the Valley exclusively. This community farms plants, and raises cattle near the edge of the boundary. They tend to stay out of the way, so I know little to nothing about this community.

The Rangers

Security

7

This is the community I reside in. The population of my community is quite large. We usually stay in the Forest, but travel to any zones if necessary, but never the Summit. Joining the community requires a sworn oath to not attempt to reach the summit. We hunt for food, and we stick at the Forest surrounding the base of the mountain.

The Mountaineers

Security

2

The population of this group varies, but is usually very low. They stay exclusively to the mountain, only interacting with my community for food trades. Beyond that, the only information I have is that their only goal is to reach the Summit.

Entrances and exits

I didn't choose to go here, don't get me wrong, but I am unbelievably glad I did. If I recall correctly, I was walking through a level, and I saw a picture of a mountain range. I hardly looked at it, but when I turned around, I was in the exact same location of the picture, here. I have no regrets, except not bringing those I love here.

The only exit that I know of is to climb the summit. I've never seen or heard anyone live that tale in my community, and that's why we all swear an oath to never go up. Staying down here in the forest is much better for me than any mountaineering. The danger of the mountain has been told tenfold, I can taste the stale blood up there.
