Disclaimer
This section of the canon page is a living document. As An Anthology grows, expands, and evolves, so will this section of the hub. As a contributor, you are encourage to document the lore that you've created in your posted page(s). This is your chance to clarify your ideas in short, and in long. You should justify your page with expansions and connections of already-established lore; how is your page part of the interconnected web of stories and themes in An Anthology?
Write your lore, views, and takes boldly. Make connections nobody has made before; Experiment. Remember: this is where An Anthology's history comes to life.
The way the Backrooms works:
In An Anthology, the geometry of the Backrooms works in a deterministic way (where if you take the same path from point A to B, it will work every time), with a few exceptions. For simplicities sake, I'll explain the two exceptions first.
- Noclipping. It is inherently random, and some locations have places where noclipping will happen (100%), won't happen (0%), and the range of probabilities in between. In most cases, noclipping can happen, but it's unlikely. Only under certain conditions can you see the "seams" places that are much more likely to noclip. See what Cooper has done to fulfill these conditions.
